Application
When making emulsified meat products (hot dog without wrapper) and for easier removal of the wrapper after heat treatment, it is added to the cutter to bind water, reduce kalo, prevent water from escaping into the vacuum and for easier removal of the wrapper after heat treatment.

15-20 g/kg
