GARANT – Liquid additive for surface protection of meat products
Application
Garant diluted with water should be sprayed on the surface of permanent products after the completion of the first stage of ripening of permanent meat products in order to prevent the development of mold on the surface of the wrappers. Spray walls of chambers, trolleys and hanging rods for durable products to prevent mold growth.
Dosage
Dilute the additive with water 1:3 for spraying or dipping permanent meat products. Dilute the additive with water 1:2 for spraying chambers for curing meat products.
